Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for weekends and longer treatments like facials or massages.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can relax and complete any necessary consultation forms. For skin treatments, come with a clean face (no makeup if possible).
